  Winding up proceedings including freezing orders against the company and third parties in support of a prospective liquidator’s claims, where the claimed debt was over A$19 million.

• 2021
  Re Earth Civil Australia Pty Ltd (in liq) [2021] NSWSC 966; final orders (No 2) [2021] NSWSC 1161

  Acted for a liquidator against directors and third parties, including claims for voidable transactions, breach of directors’ duties and equitable claims, where judgment was awarded for over A$62 million against some of the defendants.

  Kitanovski v Ibrahim [2022] NSWSC 1232

  Acted for a caveator in proceedings where the court ordered the removal of the caveat on the condition that the undervalue of the purchase price of A$700,000 was paid into court.

• 2025
  Capers v PSR Refining Services Pty Ltd [2025] NSWSC 22

  Acted for a creditor seeking to recover a loan which was alleged to be statute barred and governed by the law of Texas, where judgment was awarded for US$640,964.
